Refund Policy

We want you to love your Down John Septic Tank Treatment solution.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns on orders shipped within the US within 30-days* of purchase. For items to be returned, they must be purchased on www.downjohn.com (see below for Amazon orders) and be unopened, unused, and still have tags/barcodes attached and be in sell-able condition.

To request a return or exchange, email info@downjohn.com with "Refund - Your Order #" in the subject line and we will work with you to process the return.  Down John cannot be held liable for lost in-bound packages.

Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. Return postage will not be refunded.

Once a refund is issued, your banking institution may take up to 10 business for the refund to be applied to your account.

*Holiday Return Policy: Products purchased from the official DOWN JOHN Store (https://downjohn.com) in November and December may be returned/exchanged until January 31st of the following year.
